All About Clarissa

Hi! Welcome to the Clarissa's Confections website! I am the founder and baker, Clarissa! I am currently in high school, but I have been baking since I was very young. I started helping my mom in the kitchen, as I come from a long line of bakers. Eventually, I started to progress and excel at baking on my own. It quickly became my greatest passion and helped me to ground myself. Baking is and has always been my stress reliever. I started baking so much that I had no where to go with all of the treats I made! I started giving things away to family, friends, and neighbors, just letting people enjoy my creations and giving me helpful feedback. I also started taking my baked goods to nursing homes and public events. It made me so happy to see the smiles I brought to everyone's faces. When people started telling me I had real talent and I should open a bake shop, I at first thought that would be impossible. But, here I am now, with my dream turned into reality. I've worked so hard to bring what I believe are the best baked goods to my customers. I take time to construct works of art in the kitchen and follow safety precautions by wearing gloves and heavily cleaning all surfaces before use. I am dedicated to satisfying my customers needs. I am very proud to present to you my small bakery, Clarissa's Confections. Enjoy!
